A prerequisite to acquire your life membership to this group is that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Definitions: 

The Group is: Mercedes C 200 Fan Group having url: http://c200.drivingdreams.in/ , This group is created and organized by an admin group identified as and at: http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/

"Life-membership" means the Life of the Group. The Life of the group expires the moment the group achieves 23400 members or 6 years which ever is earlier. The moment 23400 members are achieved or 6 years are complete which ever happens earlier, the last Lucky Winner is selected and the Group is automatically dissolved. If within the stipulated 6 years the required number of Life Members / Mile Stones are not achieved for this Fan group, and the group stands dissolved by virtue of "efflux of time", only those existing members who did not get an opportunity to enter into even a single Lucky Draw will get a full refund of their membership fees. 

• Explanation: Depending on the time at which you join the group you will get either at least one or at most six opportunities of being chosen the Lucky winner by Random Computer Selection to Win a Brand New Mercedes C 200
• if after the first milestone, on its course to achieve the second milestone , the fan group could garner only 600 further members meaning having achieved a total membership strength of 2400 (of the first milestone) + 600 (further members) aggregating to a total of 3000 members, and in this process the group Life runs out of tenure.., meaning that 6 years are complete since its launch, then in this case the further 600 members who register after the first milestone was achieved will get a full refund of their membership fees. These 600 members would still be entitled to enjoy their membership privileges during the existence of the group life. 

IF Mercedes Benz decides to terminate production of the Mercedes C 200 model within the life span of this Fan Group meaning 6 Years or 23400 members which ever is earlier, the winner will be entitled to any other car of his / her choice (can be of any brand but should be available in India) equal to the prevalent market value of the Mercedes C 200 an year previous to it being discontinued.

Membership is open to Citizens of India residing in the territory of India. The delivery of the car to the winner will be at the place of residence of the winner in India. The Car will be given all taxes and registration done in favor of the winner. 

This Fan Group is created and  organized by ppl.drivingdreams.in the members of which are the administrators of this Fan Group and therefore are only themselves not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

Winners will be notified by post , the organizers shall have the right to publish the name and all audio visual content produced whilst handing over the CAR to the winner, in all medias and in its promotional materials.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ is not a supplier of the MERCEDES C200 offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ reserve the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
