Hair care in monsoon

Everyone , I suppose enjoys rain. But we need to take care of our hairs. Since hair is made of protein, ensure that you maintain a balanced protein diet. A portion of good seasonal fruits, green leafy vegetables, cereals and coconut water in your diet must be included. Egg whites are also very good for hairs.

Avoid chemical treatment: Don't go for any kind of chemical treatment on hair during monsoon as the chemicals used on the hair react adversely to the rain water leading to severe damages. If we leave them wet or damp we have to face severe hairfall. which will leave us sad and more sad after every brush . It is very important to avoid dryness. I am penning down some natural remedies and to be very precise, natural home remedies. I have experienced them and I know they work wonders. You just need to check on your hair type and always take time to dry them. Do not use too much of blower, it will lead to too dry hairs.. So here i go........

2 tsp warm coconut oil
Mix it with the juice of two lemons and the juice of one orange
Massage into the scalp and hair.
Give yourself turban therapy and shampoo after an hour.

Mix two tablespoon of curd, few drops of honey, two eggs, juice of half lemon and spread it evenly, starting from root to tip. Wash it off after half-an-hour to get a smooth and manageable texture. You will love your hair .
