I think we all have experienced stress in our lifetime, once , i think , for sure. And because of this one thing, we can invite many more beautiful and heavy weight diseases in our body. so i think,  when we start feeling low, or start craving for more sweets, salty, unhealthy stuff, knowing not good for your health and then too you are eating, not actually hungry but then too wanna binge something, especially unhealthy, i think you should get yourself checked. this is the time when you should know that your body is wanting some good attention of yours ofcourse. Because of stress one feels lot of anxiety too. but at the right time you can handle things properly.

The first thing i think one should start is exercising, a little bit of yoga practice everyday, without fail, limiting alcohol, caffeine, welcoming humour, start going out, having good time with friends, and developing a positive outlook. i feel these are some of the must and everybody can do that. Engage yourself in some dance form. try to work out for minimum 30 minutes. Try jogging , or walking or even dancing for every alternate day and meditating every day. I know, some people need a great push to do certain things, but its ok. Try Try but dont CRY.

Try one thing, which will start giving results. with your exercising and dancing and all, you will see yourself how good suddenly you have started feeling but it will double up if you will start taking everything in a positive manner too. try taking things lightly, laugh out loud. try to laugh on things, jokes, on your ownself when you find it funny. Nobody can stop you on laughing at your ownself, isn't it? so try, i am 100% sure you will jump out of the situation and will feel light, revived , healthy and healthier every coming day.I can say all that because i have done that with my own self. i have laughed on myself and at the same time i have cried too. i had sat alone to talk and understand what the problem is and then i had tried to come out of it too and that too, positively. i am sharing all this here because i want all such people who are facing such a situation in life, which i too faced, read and feel motivated, and finally start to change themselves. Slowly, but change.

I have seen this in me. i was in deep shit and what not. i use to feel that everything is finished, gone in  my life. nothing is left. i stopped my Gym, my dancing classes, my daily morning walks, evening walks, nothing , nothing, nothing. i use to sit home, eat sweets, not eat, i use to continuously binge on them. i use to never eat ice creams by scoops. i use to take out the whole box, sit with a spoon and empty it up in a day. the full 1lt. use to go in , in a go. I use to sit infront of the television but i never knew what was going on. it use to go on. in the nights people use to sleep, and there was no sleep for me, i use to sit infront of the television, with no voice, and again use to start eating things all junk and ice creams. i stuck to certain things badly which had a bad effect on my body. i was not able to think straight. i was all negative in everything. my approach towards everything became negative. but then before giving up , i tried. i thought to change myself and today, here I am. I know it is difficult because i have gone through it. i know to break the inertia and come out of it is so difficult, but you have to do that. it is just you who can help you and nobody else. Try getting your mind out, take your dog for a walk, forget the walk, atleast a mini-walk, ask your dog-walker to stop coming, save your money, do it yourself. Take deep breaths when you are outside.

All this will work, and i am the example of it. i came out of it, it worked for me and it will work for you too. keep reading, be happy and keep enjoying, you will not even know when you came out.
